How the Process Works

How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website in a few minutes. Choose your services, select a pickup date and time window, add any notes, and confirm with a small refundable deposit. We’ll take care of the rest!
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes. Reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before your pickup window and your deposit is refunded in full. Just reply to your confirmation text, email us, or call.
What items can I include in my laundry order?
Everyday clothing, bedding, towels, delicates and dry-clean-only garments. Please separate dry cleaning into its own bag and leave out hazardous or heavily soiled items.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes. Express same-day service is available in most Riverside, Corona and Jurupa Valley ZIP codes for orders picked up before 10 AM.
